1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Usage

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum limits vary depending on the payment method.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted. Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method are not allowed.
• At least one bet must have been placed on your account before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended and additional verification required in cases of suspicious transactions.

Ok22 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own charges, which are beyond ok22's control.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on ok22:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless ok22 offers a specific cash-out option.
• Pre-match bets close once the match kicks off. Live betting is available while the match is in progress.
• If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or moved to a different venue, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Ok22 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Any bets linked to match-fixing or fraudulent activity will be voided entirely.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ok22's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Please read the individual offer's terms and conditions before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to newly registered members only. Applies to the first deposit only.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal. A wagering requirement of 10x–30x typically applies.
• Validity: Each bonus offer has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the offer expires.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Using another person's account, or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Using bots, automated software, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Involvement in match fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the ok22 system.
• Harassing or deceiving other users.

If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Ok22 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• If KYC verification fails or incorrect information is provided.
• To close your account voluntarily, please submit a request to our support team.

If you choose to close your account voluntarily and have a remaining balance, you must complete your withdrawal before closure. To reactivate a closed account, please contact support.
